Check in / Check out times:
Check in time is generally 15.00 and the departure time for the villa is generally 10:00 in the morning.
Villa Capacity:
Villa maximum capacity stated on villa’s page and number of guest list informed identity reporting system.We do not accept guests over the capacity stated on villa’s page and guests list. Guests are not accepted to the villa except the guests listed which is informed in the reservation list.
Deposit:
Deposit receives on check in time,if no damage or loss observed while staying, deposit turn back before check out time. Deposit requests are based on a villa’s features,properties and the timing of a reservation, and are never requested based on anyone’s race, national origin, ethnicity, age, gender identity.
What is included in the price?
Electricity, water, gas, cleaning, pool and garden maintenance payments are included in prices. No extra payment will be requested for them.
Cleaning :
Villa cleaning before check in time and if the reservations more than 1 week, free cleaning once a week. If the reservations less than 7 days,some villa can be request extra,cleaning fee. Villas and gardes are regularly sprayed against to insects by pest control company.
